Minnesota’s largemouth bass season provides excellent opportunities for anglers throughout the year:

Spring:As the water warms up, largemouth bass move into shallow bays and around docks to spawn. This is a great time for sight fishing, and using soft plastics and jigs can produce some monster catches.

Summer: During the summer months, we target largemouth in deeper water near weed lines, drop-offs, and sunken structure. This is when spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and soft plastics shine.

Fall: As temperatures cool down, largemouth bass begin feeding heavily to prepare for winter. Fall is one of the best times for catching trophy-sized fish, with topwater baits and jigs producing exciting action.

Our guides know how to adapt to each season’s challenges and put you on fish, whether it's the explosive topwater strikes of summer mornings or deep-water tactics in the heat of the day.
